Yes. You can pay the rental in cash, or by credit card with a 3% fee (from ฿4,000). You leave the deposit in cash when you collect the car.
Your passport and your original driving licence. A licence in a language other than English must come with an International Driving Permit; the permit by itself is not enough. Drivers must be 25–65 and have held a licence for at least a year.
Yes. Before 07:00 or after 20:30 there's a ฿500 fee per handover for rentals under 3 days; for 3 days or more it's free. Give us your flight number when you book: we track your flight.
For 1–7 days you can drive in Udon Thani and seven nearby provinces; 8–19 days, all of Isan; 20–29 days, Isan and upper Central Thailand; 30+ days, anywhere in Thailand. Cars can't leave Thailand, including to Laos.
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. The booking deposit is not refunded.
