How to rent a car with us
Four steps from booking to driving away. You pay a small booking deposit to secure the car, and the rental itself at pick-up.
Four steps
- Choose a car and your dates
Search on this site, or message us on LINE or WhatsApp with your dates, times and pick-up point. Flying in? Add your flight number: we track your flight, so a delay is no problem.
- Get your confirmed price
We confirm the car and the full price before you pay anything. Every possible extra charge is listed on our terms page.
- Pay the booking deposit
฿500–5,000 by bank transfer, depending on the car and the rental length. It secures your car and is deducted from the rental at pick-up. It isn't refunded if you cancel.
- Collect the keys and pay at pick-up
At Udon Thani Airport (lane A3), our office on Sirin Residence, or delivered to where you stay. Pay the rest of the rental and leave the security deposit in cash.

CDW insurance is included in every price. Optional SCDW (฿250–350/day) takes your excess to ฿0 for covered damage.
Documents to bring
Every driver must be 25–65 and have held a licence for at least a year. Bring originals: copies, photos and app licences aren't accepted.
Visitors from abroad
- Original passport
- Original driving licence
- If the licence isn't in English: an International Driving Permit with it (the permit alone isn't enough)
Thai citizens
- Thai ID card
- Original Thai driving licence

- They show their original licence at pick-up

Do I need a credit card?
No. You can pay the rental in cash and the security deposit is cash. A credit card is optional (+3% fee, from ฿4,000). See renting without a credit card.
How far ahead should I book?
One to two days ahead is usually enough; book earlier for Thai holidays. You can book up to 12 months ahead.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book. We track your flight and meet you when you land. Handovers before 07:00 or after 20:30 cost ฿500 each for rentals under 3 days, and are free for 3 days or more.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. The booking deposit isn't refunded.
Will I get the car I booked?
Yes, you get the model you book. Only if something outside our control happens do we provide an equivalent or higher model.
