We suggest 1–2 days ahead, earlier for Thai holidays and long weekends. You can book up to 12 months ahead.

Yes. The minimum is 1 day (24 hours). A single day costs more per day than a rental of two days or longer.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or more. The booking deposit is never refunded. Once confirmed, the price and conditions can't change, and returning early still costs the booked days.

No, self-drive only.

Visitors from abroad bring their passport and their own driving licence, both originals. A licence in a language other than English must come with an International Driving Permit; the permit by itself is not enough. Thai citizens: ID card and driving licence. No copies, photos or app licences.

Drivers need to be between 25 and 65 and to have driven on a full licence for a year or more. This applies to every driver.

Yes. Give us their name when booking and show their original licence at pick-up.

Economy and sedans ฿3,000 · 7-seat MPVs and pickups ฿5,000 · Fortuner and Pajero Sport ฿10,000, in cash at pick-up, refunded when the car comes back in normal condition.

Yes, CDW on every car. Your share of any covered damage is capped per incident: ฿10,000 on economy cars and sedans, ฿15,000 on 7-seaters, pickups and SUVs. Third-party insurance is included under the policy.

Optional cover that brings the excess to ฿0 for covered damage: ฿250/day for economy cars and sedans, ฿350/day for 7-seaters, pickups and SUVs. The exclusions still apply.

No. If covered damage is assessed below the excess, you pay the assessed cost, and never more than the excess for that car type.

Yes, daily 07:00–20:30 at lane A3, Udon Thani Airport. Outside those hours it's ฿500 per pick-up or return for rentals under 3 days, and free for 3 days or more. Please arrange it in advance. We track your flight, so a delay is no problem.

Yes. In Udon Thani city it's ฿350 for 1–6 day rentals and free from 7 days. Outside the city we deliver only on 7+ day rentals, at ฿30/km each way.

We allow 29 minutes of leeway if you let us know you're running late. After that, one extra day is charged.

Yes, full to full. Economy cars, sedans and 7-seat MPVs use petrol (Gasohol 95); pickups and SUVs use diesel. If the tank isn't full, fuel is charged at cost plus ฿500.

Up to a week: Udon Thani plus Bueng Kan, Khon Kaen, Loei, Nakhon Phanom, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai and Sakon Nakhon. From 8 to 19 days: anywhere in the Northeast. From 20 to 29 days: the Northeast and upper Central Thailand. A month or more: the whole country. Cars can't leave Thailand, including to Laos.

Stop somewhere safe. If anyone is hurt, call 1669 first, then call us on +66 90 888 3385 or share your location on LINE or WhatsApp. If the car breaks down or is damaged through no fault of yours, we provide a replacement car, subject to the terms and availability.
