Your pick-up day

  1. Book and add your flight number

    Set the pick-up time to when you'll be out of the terminal. We track your flight, so if it's delayed we wait for you.

  2. Walk out of the terminal to lane A3

    Our team is waiting with the car at the agreed time. Can't find us? Call +66 90 888 3385.

  3. Documents, payment, keys

    Show your documents, pay the rental and the cash deposit. There are ATMs in the terminal.

Outside 07:00–20:30?

We can still meet you. For rentals under 3 days it costs ฿500 per pick-up and ฿500 per return; for 3 days or more it's free. Please arrange it when you book, and give us your flight number: we track your flight, so a delay is no problem.

Returning at the airport

  • Meet us at lane A3 at the booked time, free 07:00–20:30
  • Fill the tank before returning (full to full)
  • More than 29 minutes late adds a day; tell us in advance
  • Your deposit comes back once the car is checked

  • Drivers aged 25–65 with a licence held 1 year+
  • Passport and original driving licence
  • If the licence isn't in English, an International Driving Permit with it

  • Return at our office on Sirin Residence
